I am an educator and mindfulness coach dedicated to helping others cultivate awareness, compassion, and emotional well-being. With a Master’s in Social and Cultural Pedagogy and advanced training from the Yale Center for Emotional Intelligence and UC Berkeley’s Greater Good Science Center, I integrate the science of mindfulness with decades of personal contemplative practice.
My extensive experience as an educator, spanning pre-kindergarten through undergraduate levels, has provided me with a comprehensive understanding of human development and the various ways learning unfolds throughout a lifetime. My approach also honors the vital role of parents and caregivers, recognizing them as essential partners in nurturing emotional intelligence, resilience, and a sense of belonging.
I design engaging learning experiences that invite curiosity, connection, and care—supporting individuals and communities in developing the inner resources to meet life with clarity and compassion.
